Brendan loves to read books to Grant, and Grant loves to listen. They read together for quite some time the other day while I knit a couple rows in the baby blanket. I really enjoyed that rare time of peace.

Brendan decorated these cupcakes to celebrate finishing his reading lesson book. He has become an excellent reader, and we're so proud of him.
