A Beautiful Saturday!

On Friday night the weather man said that this would be one of the most beautiful weekends of the year, so we decided that we needed to make the most of it. After nap time on Saturday we drove out to St. Augustine and had a peanutbutter and jelly picnic at the beach and let the kids play in the sand. We didn't do any swimming, but Brendan almost did as he got just as wet. Good thing I thought ahead and put an extra pair of shorts in the car. Grant was content to just play in the sand, moving it from one cup to another and taking a little taste here and there. It was a beautiful evening and such fun to watch the boys having a good time.

The boys are standing in our backyard by the path that goes through the woods. The azaleas are in full bloom along that path, and it's so beautiful.
